Production Time: All items are custom-made within 5 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping: Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Faster tracked options (including next-day in some UK areas) may be available at checkout.
(Faster shipping shortens delivery time only — production time remains the same.)
Returns: As items are personalised, they are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 72 hours if there’s an issue.
